ITENARARY

INCLUSIONS

  • Day 1 - Arrival in Leh

     

    After your arrival in Leh, our representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel

    Receive a traditional welcome and rest for a while to acclimatize to Ladakh's weather

    If your health allows, visit Shanti Stupa which is a popular sunset spot and famous for the panoramic views of Leh

    Also, visit the Leh Palace.

    If there is time in the evening, pay a visit to the local market of Leh

    Dinner and overnight stay at hotel

  • Day 2 - A visit to the Sham Valley

     

    Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast in the morning

    Leave for the majestic view of Sangam or Confluence of the rivers Zanskar and Indus. This place is also a confluence of different hues

    Also, visit the famous Gurudwara Pathar Sahib

    Then, drive to the Magnetic Hill to witness the wonder of your car going uphill even in the neutral gear

    Dinner and overnight at hotel in Leh

  • Day 3 - Leh to Nubra Valley over Khardung La

     

    Get a delicious breakfast before your drive to the Nubra Valley

    You will be driven via the world's highest civilian motorable pass, Khardung La.

    Drive to the white sand dunes of Hundar, where you will enjoy a double-humped camel ride

    Check in at the hotel/camp/guesthouse in Nubra Valley

    If time permits, pay a visit to the magnificent Diskit Monastery

    Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley

    Approx. distance traveled- 160kms

  • Day 4 - Back to Leh (Buffer Day)

     

    You will be given breakfast in the morning

    Post breakfast, you will drive to return back to Leh. Another drive through the Khardung La Top

    Rest in Leh for a while before visiting the Buddhist prayer center at Jokhang

    You will also visit the 15th century Leh Mosque and central Asian Museum

    If you have time on hand, you will also get a chance to admire the mud and brick architecture of the region

    Approx. distance traveled- 160kms

  • Day 5 - Driving to the grand Pangong Tso

     

    After breakfast this morning, we will leave for Pangong Tso, which lies on the Indo-China border

    You will cross the Ladakh Mountain Range to reach Pangong through the Chang La pass (5,360m)

    At the foot of the pass is the ancient temple of Tangtse

    In a short time, you will reach Pangong Tso, a high mountain lake at the height of 4,267m above sea level

    Dinner and overnight stay in camps at Pangong

    Approx. distance traveled- 160kms

  • Day 6 - Driving back to Leh

     

    Wake up in the morning to the beautiful Pangong Lake and enjoy a breakfast looking at the lake

    Start your drive back and pass through Chang La Pass

    Visit the Big Buddha at Thiksey Monastery

    Also, visit the Shey Gompa and Palace

    Reach Leh and have dinner at the hotel after checking in

    Overnight at Leh

  • Day 7 - Return

     

    After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Airport for your flight back home
